From August 4 to 10, the week-long sequence blended intensive training, collaborative strategy design, symbolic ceremonies, and heartfelt farewells — forging a battle-ready task force equipped to adapt China’s proven residential PV solutions for Kenya’s unique market.
Aug 4–6 — Readiness Bootcamp
Three days of structured training prepared the Africa expedition team with:

Core members from 12 HQ support departments and the Africa team held a high-energy workshop around five strategic workstreams:

After nearly two days of travel, the Africa Business Support Team arrived at the project site — carrying strategic trust from the company, deep expectations from family, and blessings from colleagues. With firm steps and determined eyes, they stepped into the African sun to turn vision into action.
