On February 27, the 4th Integrated Energy Services Innovation & Development Conference for the Launch of CHINT ANNENG’s Two-Million-Household Power System was successfully held in Hangzhou, China. Under the theme “Leading the Wave of Integrated Energy Transformation,” the conference marked a defining milestone — not only in installation scale, but in strategic direction. More than 1,000 global partners and industry representatives attended onsite, with over 200,000 viewers joining virtually worldwide. The event signalled CHINT ANNENG’s transition from distributed PV expansion toward integrated, system-level energy value creation.
Leadership Address: Setting the Strategic Direction
Mr Nan Cunhui, Founder and Chairman of CHINT Group, delivered the opening keynote address. He reaffirmed CHINT’s long-term commitment to innovation-driven development. He highlighted CHINTGroup’s evolution into a comprehensive energy solutions provider with full-chain capabilities across generation, storage, transmission, distribution, and intelligent application. He emphasised that the two-million-household milestone represents more than installation scale — it reflects the CHINT ANNENG's maturity of an integrated energy model and a solid foundation for CHINT ANNENG's global expansion.
Strategic Blueprint and Global Implementation
During the conference, CHINT ANNENG reiterated its Five-Year Development Blueprint: Committed to Becoming the Global Leader in Integrated Energy Service. This marks a structural shift: from single-product deployment to Integrated energy system solutions, from installation growth to long-term service-driven value creation.
For international markets, this blueprint translates into concrete regional priorities — with Europe and Africa among the most important focus regions.
In many African communities, unstable grids or limited electricity access directly affect daily life — from education and safety to small-scale economic activity. In response, CHINT ANNENG has positioned itself in Africa as a Leading Integrated Energy Solutions Provider, delivering reliable off-grid and hybrid systems tailored to local realities. Through CHINT PVSTAR off-grid energy solutions, households and enterprises gain stable lighting and dependable electricity, transforming energy access into long-term energy security.
Europe continues to lead the global transition toward a low-carbon energy system, driven by strong policy frameworks, mature electricity markets, and ambitious decarbonization targets. Within CHINT Anneng’s global strategy, Europe is positioned as a key region for innovation and market expansion in integrated energy systems. Over the next five years, the company will strengthen its presence in Europe through:
• Exploration of zero-carbon industrial parks and microgrid applications
By combining technological innovation with localised operations, CHINT ANNENG aims to further contribute to the global energy transition.
Global Impact: Two Million Households
These figures represent not only scale, but long-term system value and integrated operational strength across the energy value chain.
Mr Lu Kai noted that behind every statistic stands a real household, and Africa remains one of the most visible regions where this impact is taking shape. He shared the story of Ms Mzee from Namagara Village, Malava Subcounty, Kenya. For Ms Mzee and her family, unstable electricity once meant darkness at night and limited study time for her children. After installing a CHINT PVSTAR large off-grid home solar system, her household experienced reliable lighting for the first time. Her children can now study comfortably at night and enjoy time together as a family. Darkness was replaced by light, and uncertainty was replaced by safety.
Commissioning Ceremony and Global Partnerships
At the commissioning ceremony, Mr Nan Cunhui, Founder and Chairman of CHINT Group, Mr Lu Chuan, Director of CHINT Group and Chairman of CHINT ANNENG, and Mr Lu Kai, President of CHINT ANNENG, together with distinguished global partners, industry representatives, distributors, user delegates, and other honoured guests, took the stage to officially mark the commissioning of CHINT ANNENG’s two-million-household power station milestone. The symbolic moment reflected not only the achievement of scale but the collective commitment of leadership and global partners to advancing integrated energy development worldwide.
From Blueprint to Global Execution
With its Five-Year Blueprint as the roadmap, CHINT ANNENG is driving integrated energy transformation globally — expanding energy access in Kenya and across Africa, while advancing system optimisation in Europe. Leveraging CHINT Group’s 42-year industrial foundation and full value-chain capabilities across generation, storage, transmission, distribution, and consumption, CHINT PVSTAR integrates global system strength with localised execution across diverse markets. Over the next five years, Africa and Europe will serve as complementary pillars — from accelerating energy access to reinforcing operational resilience and sustainable growth under an integrated energy framework.
