CHINT Reports Robust Growth and Strategic Advancements in Q3 2025

CHINT, the parent company of CHINT ANNENG and CHINT PVSTAR, and a global leader in smart electrical systems and integrated green energy solutions, has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, demonstrating solid operational performance and ongoing innovation amid a rapidly evolving energy landscape.


Financial Highlights

In the first three quarters of 2025, CHINT achieved operating revenue of USD 6.54 billion, maintaining steady growth across core business segments.


Net profit attributable to shareholders reached USD 588.63 million, a 19.49% year-on-year increase, reflecting the company’s continuous efficiency improvements and value creation.
Total assets rose to USD 21.85 billion, while net assets attributable to shareholders increased to USD 6.16 billion, marking growth of 12.36% and 3.81%, respectively, compared with the same period last year.


Driving Innovation Through R&D

Innovation remains at the heart of CHINT’s strategy. The company invested USD 132.12 million in R&D during the first three quarters of 2025, bringing its cumulative R&D spending over the past three years to USD 507.08 million.

This sustained investment has yielded substantial intellectual property results:
  • 841 new patents granted, including 248 invention patents

  • 17 new international invention patents

  • Over 11,000 total patents filed, with more than 8,000 approved to date

These achievements underscore CHINT’s commitment to leveraging technology to accelerate the global energy transition and enhance its competitive edge in digital and intelligent energy systems.


Launch of “CHINT Infinite” Digital Energy Platform

A key highlight of the quarter was the official launch of “CHINT Infinite”, a next-generation digital energy platform designed to enable intelligent energy management and digital transformation across diverse applications.


Built on the principles of standardization, digitalization, and intelligence, CHINT Infinite integrates IoT, AI, digital twin, and low-code development technologies. The platform offers a suite of development tools, component templates, and open APIs, empowering partners and customers to co-create digital solutions and optimize energy operations in real time.


Expanding Global Presence

CHINT continues to accelerate its internationalization strategy, deepening local engagement and cooperation across key markets:


  • Africa: CHINT hosted the first PVSTAR Africa Sales Agent Recognition and Recruitment Conference in Migori, Kenya, uniting over 100 regional agents to discuss localized energy solutions and market expansion. The event reaffirmed CHINT’s long-term commitment to advancing Africa’s clean energy transition.

  • Turkey: CHINT Power successfully commissioned Turkey’s largest microgrid project in Sanliurfa, featuring a solar-plus-storage system equipped with a 5MWh energy storage container. The project adopts a two-stage, string-type low-voltage coupling grid-forming solution, ensuring flexible and stable power management through cloud-edge collaboration.
